Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 tbspbutter
  2. 1/3 cupchopped cabbage
  3. 1/4 cupthinly chopped cauliflower
  4. 1thinly chopped carrot
  5. 1/4 cupthinly chopped beans
  6. 2-3mushrooms chopped
  7. 1small chopped onion
  8. 1 tbspthinly chopped garlic
  9. 1/4 cupsweet corns
  10. 1/4 cupspring onion chopped
  11. 1 tspthinly chopped ginger
  12. 1chopped green chilli
  13. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  14. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  15. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  16. 1 tspsugar
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 2 tbspcornflour
  19. as neededwater
  20. 1 tspvinegar
  21. as neededBoiled and crispy fried noodles for serving

Cooking Instructions

    Take a utensil,add butter,then add ginger garlic and saute for a minute.Now add onions and saute it till soft.

    2.Now add all chopped veggies and saute them for 2 minutes and then add salt,black pepper powder and mix it well.Now add soya sauce,red chilli sauce and sugar.And mix it well.Now add warm water and cook it for 5 minutes.

    3.Now mix cornflour with water and add in a veggies water and make flame slow at this time and mix it continuously for another 2 minutes till it get thickens a little.

    4.Now add vinegar and mix it again.Now add some chopped green onion green part and coriander leaves.Now serve it with crispy fried noodles and served it hot.Enjoy
