Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken. Squeeze on a little bit of mayonnaise as well.

Place the seasoned chicken in a plastic bag and rub the ingredients together. Once the mayonnaise is mixed in well, add ponzu and mix it again.

Leave it for 5-10 minutes. Grill chicken wings on a grill. Sprinkle on some ichimi spice if you'd like.
