Sesame Tofu

I didn't have any kudzu powder, so I tried making this with katakuriko. It was a great success.
Stir constantly over a low heat so it doesn't burn. Recipe by Femi

Steps
- 1
Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and mix over a low heat with a rubber spatula until it starts to thicken.
- 2
Transfer to a container and cover the surface with plastic wrap. When it has cooled down, let it sit in the fridge to chill and harden.
- 3
It's nice as-is, or with wasabi or soy sauce. It will be nice and soft if you add it to miso soup!!
