  • 500 gmwheat flour (atta)/besan(gram flour)
  • 500 gmkhoya/ mawa
  • 300 gmpowder sugar
  • 400 gmdesi ghee
  • 150 gmalmonds
  • 150 gmcashew
  • 100 gmakhrot/ walnuts
  • 100 gmmagaz/ melon seeds
  • 100 gmkhas khas/ poppy seeds
  • 50 gmfoxnut or phool makhana
  • 1 tspPowder fool supari( areca nut)
  • 1 tspgond(tragacanth gum)
  • 1 tspkamarkas
  • 1 tspdry ginger powder

  1. 1

    Roast all dry fruit seperately then grind them to make powder form. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    Roast atta/besan in desi ghee till it leaves ghee on sides.

    Add khoya in it n mix well.

    Now mix all ingredients in it n mix well. Don't add sugar here.

    Now turn off the gas. Add powder sugar n mix well. Set aside for sometime.

    Now it becomes bit cool not completely take some portion in hands to give round shape.
