Peel kand and cut into thin slices.place it on a tray

On top of each slice spread green chutney. Add little chopped garlic

In a big bowl take gram flour and rice flour. Add salt haldi red chilli powder and chopped coriander. Add water gradually to make a soft better. Add 1/2 son hot oil

Heat oil in a kadai deep each kand slice into gramflour batter and deep fry on medium to high flame your yummy kand bhajiya is ready
