Steps

Firstly take a mixing bowl, add peeled banana, potato & all other ingredients, mix well. Keep aside.

Now take a mixer jar, add all gravy ingredients & make a smooth ghol. Keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

Wet your hands, take small portions of the batter, make balls, deep fry them until brown. Keep aside.

Reduce the quantity of oil, again heat it, add methi dana, let it splutter.

Now add ginger garlic paste, add lil water, sauté it for a while.

Add haldi chilli mix, stir fry it for a while. Cover it with the lid, cook it at low flame till oil has oozed out.

Now add ghol, stir it, add more water, add salt also, keep stirring till first boil. Let it boil for a while.

Add kela balls, stir it.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until gravy becomes a lil thick.

Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving bowl, keep aside.

Take a pan, add ghee, heat it.

Add dry red chilli, fry it till golden brown.

Pour tadka over the Kadhi, serve it with rice or roti.
