Steps

Wash carrots in running water.Peel the skin and great them.

Take the thick bottomed pan.Heat ghee and add carrot and saute till raw smell leaves from it.

Add milk and stir well. Cover and boil for 20 mins stirring occasionally. Cook until water evaporates completely and carrot is until cooked completely.

Add sugar and stir well. After cooking for 5mins ghee separates from halwa.

Heat 1tsp of ghee in a small pan add cashew nuts (broken) and fry till golden. and add into halwa and mix well and serve..
