Steps

Sieve icing sugar and almond meal,Take sugar and mix water and make sugar syrup take instant coffee and put on the Sugar syrup and mix it

Beat the mixture with electric beater beat will beat until the mixture is fluffy or soft peaks

Now add icing sugar and almond meal mix it properly by spatula batter is ready now pour the mixture in to a piping bag pipe on the micro friendly plate tap tray to remove air bubbles leave in for 30 minutes in to dry out bake at 110 c for 13-15 minutes in preheated oven

Now fill the macaroons with whipped cream or chaclate ganche
