Grilled Salmon in Sauce

This is an easy recipe- just grill then marinate! It is too simple but so delicious. This is also good to put in a lunch box!
You can leave it at room temperature overnight in winter, but in summer, put it in the fridge after it cools down a bit! Recipe by REKO-tan

Steps
- 1
Mix ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, sake and sugar together to make the sauce.
- 2
Slice salmon into 3 or 4 pieces. Remove the bones if you can, and sprinkle a small amount of salt on the pieces (The salmon in the picture above doesn't have skin, but if yours does, you don't have to remove it!)
- 3
Grill it in a fish roaster and put it in the sauce while it is still hot. Leave it to rest overnight.
