Wash and cut your fish to desired size

Sprinkle some salt on the fish,then you lay on a rack and allow to dry

Heat a little oil on fire and fry until the outer skin becomes golden and crispy

Drain excess oil and allow to cool

To make the sauce,wash and blend your onions,garlic,atarodo and red bell pepper

Heat a tbsp of oil in a saucepan and add your blended paste

Fry for some minutes,then add your season and spices to taste

Dip your fried fish into the sauce and coat

Serve and enjoy as you can see I served mine with maccaroni
