Grind jaggery with rolling pin

Keep water in a pan for boiling,then add jaggery to it. Let it dissolve completely in water so that there are no lumps. Add some ghee in it

Now add roasted sewain to the liquid and cook it on low flame for 10-15minutes so that the water there is no water left.

Stir it continuously so that the sewain do not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Now our sewiyan is ready to eat.
