Ingredients

2-3 hours

  • 2 cupyogurt
  • 8 tbspbaisan
  • 6 cupwater
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspgreen chili paste
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1big onion
  • For pakoray
  • 1 cupbaisan
  • Salt
  • 1onion
  • Tempering
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tbspzeera
  • 1green chili

Steps

2-3 hours
  1. 1

    In grinder add baisan dahi n grind it

  2. 2

    Add salt red chilli green chili ginger garlic onion n grind it add kasuri methi too

  3. 3

    Add water in it n cook it for 3 hours

  4. 4

    Make pakora by mixing the ingredients

  5. 5

    Ready the tempering

  6. 6

    Add pakora to the curry, add tempering and serve.
