Ingredients

  1. I medium ovacado
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Pinchblack pepper
  4. 1/2 tspvinegar
  5. Bunchcoriander
  6. 1onion
  7. 1tomato

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the ovacado, cut into big chunks then with a folk mash it

  2. 2

    Clean and chop tomato, onion and coriander. N/B-remove the inside of the tomato

  3. 3

    Mix the chopped ingredients with the ovacado, sprinkle with salt, pepper and vinegar then give it a proper mix

  4. 4

    Chill in the fridge, before serving. This is best served with rice or pilau
