Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to the salmon. Bake for 30 minutes at 360 °F / 180 °C. After baking, divide the fish into small pieces, check that there are no bones.

Prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk in small portions and stir constantly. Cook over medium heat and stir constantly. When the sauce has a creamy consistency, add cheese, salt and nutmeg. The sauce is ready.

Boil the pasta and drain the water.

Grate the cheese on a grater.

Put pasta, sauce and fish in a baking dish, mix everything and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 5-15 minutes at 464 °F / 240 °C.
Bake until golden brown.
