My Boyfriend Loves this Too-Easy Komatsuna Fried Rice

I wanted to use up a great deal of komatsuna!
After adding the rice, if you put butter on top of the rice, it'll be flaky and crumbly!
Bacon instead of sausages is also delicious! Recipe by Mabububwu

Steps
- 1
Mince the komatsuna. Slice the sausages diagonally.
- 2
Cook the komatsuna and sausages in butter and flavor with salt and pepper. Once the komatsuna has wilted, add the rice! (If the moisture has come out from the komatsuna, pat dry with a paper towel).
- 3
Once you've added the rice, add the chicken soup stock and ground black pepper. Add soy sauce while tasting, and it's finished!
- 4
Note: Bacon instead of sausages is also delicious!
- 5
Note: To make this even easier, you can thinly cut the komatsuna and bacon with kitchen scissors! I recommend this method!
