I arrived at this soft agar recipe after experimenting many times.

It's also delicious with fruit on top if you like!
It's really soft, and it melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 300 mlWater
  • 2 gramsKanten powder
  • 500 mlMilk
  • 80 gramsSugar
  • Syrup
  • 5 tbspWater
  • 2 tbspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water and powdered kanten in a pot, and dissolve.

  2. 2

    Add milk and sugar, and warm while mixing.

  3. 3

    Pour into molds, and chill in the fridge to harden.

  4. 4

    Syrup: Mix the water and sugar, then microwave or warm in a pot until the sugar has dissolved.
