Ingredients

1large white potato
1/4 teaspoonseasoned salt
1/4 teaspooncinnamon sugar mixture I got mine at Kmart

Heat oil in the pan

Peel, wash, dry, and thinly slice the potato

Fry in batches and move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.

Season with salt and cinnamon sugar mixture.

Repeat till done
