Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1 packagecream cheese
  • 3 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 1 cupcooking cream
  • 2 teaspoonoregano
  • 2 teaspoonbasil
  • 4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • 500 gramsfettuccine

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in medium heat

  2. 2

    Add cream cheese and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth

  3. 3

    Add milk and cooking cream, a little at time, whisking to smooth our lumps

  4. 4

    Stir in parmesan cheese, pepper, oregano and basil

  5. 5

    Remove from heat when sauce reaces desired consistency

  6. 6

    Toss with hot fettuccine to serve
