My innovation for this recipe came to my mind as I was planning to prepare puri then it clicked my mind why we will have it plane always why not I should add some seasoning to it for better taste so I opt for peri peri mix that’s my homemade seasoning I have posted previously on my profile so check that out or we can also use readymade mix . Super delicious puris we can enjoy it without anything extra it’s spicy & drooling...!

Take a bowl to add in all-purpose flour, ghee, salt, peri mix, ajwain and Zera first mix all dry ingredients with ghee gradually add little water and start kneading the dough it takes less than half cup to add accordingly but knead it well & cover it for 20 minutes.

Now preheat the oil in Kadhai we will fry this on medium flame once the oil is hot set the burner on medium flame now just make balls out of dough and roll each puri using a rolling pin on the roller or pastry mat as per choice further pop each puri in oil let it fry for a minute it will pop up in oil while frying then flip it fry until golden both sides & remove it on a kitchen towel and enjoy it.

The deliciously awesome peri peri masala puris are ready to relish. It can be enjoyed as it is or we can also prepare any chana chat or chole with puris.
