
Fideo- Simply mama
Traditional fideo. Nothing fancy
Cooking Instructions

Use decent sized saute pan and toast fideo in canola oil at lorw heat. Take your time and toast everything evenly and stir often. About 15 min. This ensures it keeps it's texture and doesn't get mushy.

Saute some garlic now if you want for a minute. Then add 2 cups broth or water with chicken boullion. Add some seasoning, cumin, garlic powder and tom flavored boullion/small tom sauce to taste. Add fresh onion or jalapeno if you want.

Bring to boil and simmer for about 12 min. Yum.
