Break spaghetti noodles in half. Heat the oil over medium heat in a skillet, rice pot or Dutch oven and add the noodles. Toast the noodles until lightly browned, remove them from the skillet, and set aside. Add the beef to the skillet and cook, using a spatula to break it into small crumbles, until browned through, add a little s&p. Drain meat & return to pan. Add the tomato sauce, onion and garlic powders, water and stock to the pan, then stir in the reserved noodles.

Add potato(es). Add a 1/4 cup more water if needed. Add salt & pepper to your liking. Mix, add bay leaf if using. Let come to a simmer (turn up heat to almost boiling then turn it down to med-low) than cover, cook until potatoes are fork tender.

Add beans. I added more garlic & onion powder. Add s & p if needed. Stir, let cook covered 3-5min. Serve, I added a lot hot sauce in my bowl.
Do not eat the bay leaf!
