50 Gramgram flour
As neededSpinach chopped
as neededOnion thinly sliced
to TasteSalt
As neededcelery

as requiredgreen coriander

Mix all these things well in one side except oil

Add a little water and make a dough

Now make the pakodi as desired, do not put water together and Add salt as per taste and add more than maize flour gram flour

And serve with sauce
