Mix the flour, one pinch ajwain, salt and water..

Cover the flour for 5 or 10 minutes.Then, take paneer and mash it. take 1 onion and cut in small pieces. put some chopped Green chilli,salt,haldi power, jeera powder, coriander powder n mixed it.

Parantha's filling is ready. Make small bolls and make roti and fill the mixture properly...

Put the tawa on medium gas.n put the parantha on tawa. Use desi ghee for paratha.
