Soak the rice for 20 mins.

Cut the vegetables.

Put the cooker on a flame. Add ghee, jeera and hing, and tej patta.

Now add all the vegetables and soya chunks.

Fry it for 5 mins. And add all the species and squeeze the half lemon.

Now add rice.

Cook it for one whistle.

Biryani is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
