Ingredients

  1. 2 PacketsMushroom
  2. 1 KgBiryani Basmati Rice
  3. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. as neededMarata Mokku
  5. as requiredCloves
  6. As neededCardamom
  7. as requiredSombu
  8. as requiredBrinji Leaves
  9. 1Small Onion
  10. 1Big Onion
  11. 1Tomato
  12. as per needMint
  13. 1Lemon Juice
  14. as neededCurd
  15. As neededTurmeric Powder
  16. As requiredRed Chilli Powder
  17. as required Garam Masala
  18. As requiredCoriander Powder
  19. as per tasteSalt
  20. as requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

45 Minutes
  1. 1

    In a Vessel, Add some Oil and Add the Onion and Green Chillies to it and Fry well

  2. 2

    Then Add the Ginger Garlic Paste, Small Onion, Tomato, Curd, Mint, Marata Mokku, Cloves, Lavangam, Cardomom, Sombu, Brinji Leaves, Small Onion, Tomato, Mint, Lemon Juice, Curd, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Salt and the Mushrooms to it and Fry well

    Then Add 3 Tumblers of Water and after the Water gets Boiled, Add the Biryani Basmati Rice to it

    Then in a Dosa Pan, place this Vessel and Add Weights to it and let it be in Dhum for 30 Minutes and then we can take it out for Serving and our Mushroom Dum Biryani is Ready Now!!
