In a bowl mix both flour.Add chopped coriander leaves, onion, green chili, ginger,salt, chilli powder,carrom seeds,oil and knead soft dough with water.Cover and rest for 10 mint.

Take a small portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it with the help of rolling pin like a chapati.

Heat tawa and put the paratha over it. Roast on medium flame from both sides with desi ghee.

Serve Jowar Parantha with dal and butter.
