Daal Biryani

In a pan, fry onions until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 min.

Add chopped tomatoes and dahi and cook until tomatoes turn mushy.

Add boiled daal along with biryani masala, dhania powder, haldi, namak, LAL mirch and garam masala.
Cover and cook for 10 min on low flame. - 5
In a separate pan, grease it with oil and spread cooked rice and then spread daal mixture

Repeat the layers of which last layer to be of rice.
Add chopped coriander leaves, Pudina leaves and fried onions.
Seal the pan with the help of atta and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
