Heat a pan.Put ghee,Onion garlic,saute then put tomato,cashew nuts,elachi all dry masale, saute few minutes until tomato becomes soft.Turn gas off.Cool at room temperature.

Cut paneer your choice.Grind onion tomato into a fine paste.

Heat pan,put puree then add cream, boil it add paneer pieces then kasuri methi little crushed with hand put in gravy turn the gas off.serve with rice/ naan.
