Tandoori Masala Tea ( chai) is very healthy drink.Its taste is something unique.
Steps

Take a pan,add water in it & then add cardamom, crushed ginger in it.After that add tea granules,& sugar to it.

Now heat it,until it starts boiling on low medium flame.

At another burner heat clay pot uniformly on medium flame by rotating it from time to time until it becomes red hot.

Add milk in boiling tea mixture & heat it until it starts boiling.After that boil further more for 1-2 minutes.Now switch off flame & strain it.

Now switch off flame of clay pot & put it in another pan by carrying it carefully & pour strain tea on it.

After some time coming out bubbles will stop.At that time pour this smoky tea or tandoori tea in tea cup.It is ready & enjoy it when tea is hot.
