Boiled pasta as per packet instructions and set aside

In wok add butter and let it melt add flour and mix well for 1 minute

Gradually add milk and mix continuously until smooth and sauce thickens

Add black pepper powder,salt,cheedar cheese and mix well

Add capsicum and mix well

Now add boiled pasta and give it a good mix

Sprinkle dried oregano and serve
