Firstlet take all the above ingredients together, wash and soak rice forb20 minutes.

In a pressure cooker heat ghee and oil add cumin seeds if crackle add chopped onion and bay leaf 🍃 black pepper, star anise, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, and saute for s minutes.

Chopped onion, tomatoes, Coriander leaves, peel and chopped potato 🥔, now add ginget garlic paste and chopped tomatoes, chopped potato and green peas n mix well,

Add all dry masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, Kashmiri lal masala, goda masala, sprinkle some Coriander leaves add soaked rice (without water).

And mix well add 3 cups of water, add salt mix well add Coriander leaves n cover the lid and cook for 2 to 3 whistle.

After that open the lid again sprinkle some Coriander leaves, Vidharbha style Masala bhat (pangtitla masala bhat) is ready to eat serve hot.
