My favorite herbs with cream cheese and prosciutto. I combined them all together and enjoyed with a glass of wine.
I recommend using fresh herbs for their aromas Use any herbs you like. Wash and drain well, then chop finely. Basil goes well with cheese, so I strongly suggest it.
If you are using dried herbs, use half the amount. Recipe by 1646

Cooking Instructions

Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. Mince the prosciutto and herbs.

Before the herbs start to discolor, combine the herbs, prosciutto and pepper with the cream cheese. Chill in the refrigerator.

Using plastic wrap, roll into a tube and chill in the refrigerator until hardened.

Warm a knife with hot water and cut the cheese log into disks. Top with nuts Enjoy as is.

With crackers.

Spread on crackers.

Spread on baguette or bagels.

I bought cauliflower, realizing I hadn't eaten it for a while. I wanted to come up with quick ways to enjoy it. This one was so delicious, my husband was almost speechless while he was eating it. When I got him seconds, it made him so happy, and he said: "There's more? That's great!" And he ate some more. I think he liked it a little crispy.I think it's better to cook the cauliflower quickly to retain its toothsome texture. Use lots of cheese! You can go ahead and use different kinds of cheese. I personally recommend mozzarella. If you like it spicy, use lots of cayenne pepper. I had this with roasted sliced almonds. Give it a try!
