  • 2 cupflour
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/2 cupThick curd
  • Condensed milk
  • 1 tspLime zest
  • 1/4 cupMelted butter
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 2 tspLime juice
  • 1/3 cupMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the sugar with thick curd, butter, lime zest mixed well.

  2. 2

    Flour, baking soda, baking powder mix with first ingredients.

  3. 3

    Then add lime juice,milk and condensed milk mix it well. Lastly pour the cake into the cake tray.

  4. 4

    Oven 50 minutes 180c Steam without water 45-50 minutes medium flame.
