Ingredients

1/2 cupjowar flour
1/2 cupragi flour
2 tbsrice flour
1 tbsurad flour
as per tasteSalt
1 pinchSoda
1green Chilli
1/4capsicum
2 tbsgrated carrot
1/2onion finely chopped
as neededWater

Steps

Mix all the flours together,add salt and soda
2

Add the chopped vegetables of your choice,add it to the flours and make a thick batter
3

Heat appe tawa brush with oil and add 1 tbsp batter.let it cook then turn sides and cook on the other side.serve with chutney or sauce
