Heat one cup of water in a pan. Meanwhile mix ragi flour in the remaining 1/2cup of water, without lumps. Once the water comes to a rolling boil, slowly add the ragi mixture to the boiling water.

Cook for 2-3 mints, stirring continuously to avoid the formation of lumps. Remove the pan from heat & let this mixture cool completely. Slowly add the cooled ragi mixture in buttermilk & whisk nicely. Add all other ingredients & mix well.

Add more water if the drink is too thick. Chill for a few hours before serving. Garnishing with fresh coriander leaves serve it.
