Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Arrange anything you would like for the Japanese sashimi plate. Dried plum, thick rolled egg, and minced tuna with green onion are some popular toppings.

  2. 2

For the Hawaiian Plate, slice the spam into 1cm wide sticks and fry in a frying pan. Mix the canned tuna with mayonnaise. Salmon and dry-cured ham are also good.

  3. 3

For the Korean Plate, I used store-bought namul. The bulgogi sauce was also store-bought, but you could also cook it with sesame oil. Adding onions is yummy.
