Simple & Delicious Crepe Batter

This is a crepe batter that I really like and have been making for a long time.
Once the crepe has been flipped, just cook it for a short time so that it doesn't burn.
If you plan to fill the crepes with sweet ingredients, they'll taste better if you increase the amount of sugar in the batter.
If you are using a non-stick pan you shouldn't have to use too much oil (at least if nothing is sticking). Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Steps
- 1
Combine the sugar and sifted powder ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk. Then mix in the beaten eggs a little at a time.
- 2
Add in the milk and melted butter and mix well. Strain the mixture and then leave to sit in the refrigerator for half a day.
- 3
Grease a frying pan with some vegetable oil, wiping any excess away, and place on low heat. Pour just under 1 ladle of batter into the pan and cook until the surface begins to bubble. Then flip the crepe over.
- 4
Top the crepe with whatever you like, including, tuna, lettuce, custard cream, or banana & whipped cream, then roll it up.
