Chikuwa Gochujang Mayonnaise Melt

I came up with this dish when I was pressed for time but had scallions and chikuwa on hand.
I just spread sauce and popped them in the toaster oven.
From time to time, peek into your toaster to see how they're coming along.

Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise.

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

Lay a sheet of aluminum foil over a toaster tray, and place the halved chikuwa on top with the insides face up.

Fill the chikuwa with the sauce from Step 2.

Grill in a toaster oven for 3-4 minutes. Once they've browned to a nice color, they're ready to serve.
