In a measuring cup, add whey (about the amount you'd get in a 500 ml cup of yogurt) and all the other ingredients.

Put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours. (After 2 hours, remove and mush a little.)

Serve in a dish and you're done (Top with fruit if you available). You can alternatively make them bite-sized using an ice cube tray.
