I put this together and I was amazed at the taste it was lovely a little bit too much for 1 but I did eat it all.

Add a little oil to a non stick pan heat up then add the onions cook until soft then add the garlic cook for 1 minute.

Next add the diced Chicken and fry for 2 minutes then add the wine in the mix fry for 1 minute.

When the chicken is near done add the pasta to boiling water and cook along with the rest.

Next add the mushrooms and cook stirring for up to 5 minutes.then add the wine and stir leave bubbling for 1 minute

Next add the tsp of dijon and the tsp Wholegrain mustard and stir cook for 1 min.

Turn the heat off Let the pan cool a little then stir in the cream mix well. Set aside until the

When the pasta is done add the chicken mix back on the heat to warm up.

Drain off the pasta water and in and add to the chicken mix.. Mix carefully and serve warm.

Add some black cracked pepper over the top and a little dried parsley for the finish.
