Ingredients

2 to 4 servings
  1. 2tblspn moong daal
  2. 2tblspn mash daal
  3. 2tblspn masoor daal
  4. 2tblspn urad daal
  5. 4-5red dry chillies
  6. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  10. 1/2 tspchat masala
  11. 2-3garlic cloves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak all lentils like moong,masoor,mash,urad in plain water for 3 hrs

  2. 2

    Drain all the water

  3. 3

    Grind in a mixer without adding water with red chilliies and garlic till fine pasty dough formed

  4. 4

    Then add all dry spices cumin,salt, turmeric, flour, chat masala mix and make a tight dough.

    Rest for 15 mints

  6. 6

    After that divide in 3 to 4 portions and roll each part into chapati

  7. 7

    Cut in long strips and and again cut in triangular pieces.

  8. 8

    Prick each piece from fork so that they not puff up during frying

  9. 9

    Deep fry them om medium to low heat

  10. 10

    Enjoy with ketchup.
