Steps

Mix & sieve all dry ingredients (all purpose flour, coco powder, salt, sugar, baking soda) keep aside.

In another bowl add water, vanilla essence & oil.. mix well.

Mix both dry & wet ingredients well.

Bake for 20-25 min. @190° in a muffin or cupcake mould/tray.

Next; for chocolate frosting; prepare chocolate ganche (microwave dark chocolate butter & milk for 2mins) add this to whipped cream. Decorate cupcake with this frosting & refrigerate them for 1 to 2 hr. & Enjoy!
