Ingredients

800 gsmall fish (traditionally rock fish, substitutes include halibut, flounder and snapper) cleaned and cut into 4 pieces
8 cupswater (and a fish stock cube if desired)
pepper & salt
1chopped onion
3 clovesgarlic, chopped
2 tablespoonsoil
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
100 gwhite rice(if desired)
6tomatoes

Fry the chopped onion and garlic

Add sliced tomatoes and fish stock.

Bring to boil
4

Add the fish bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes

Add cooked rice if desired
