One of my favorite egg menu for my mayo diet plan. I cook all the food for my diet program cause its so easy to make and also tasty. Lets get cooking!!

Ingredients

  1. 2Eggs
  2. 1 BunchSpinacg
  3. 1Tomato
  4. Garlic Powder
  5. Unsalted Butter or Olive Oil
  6. White pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the egg to a bowl

  2. 2

    Pick the spinach leaves (i only using the leaves) and stir in a hot water for a mins and then drain

  3. 3

    While waiting for the spinach, slice the tomato in a small pieces, then rinse the spinach and put together with tomato and mix with egg

  4. 4

    Add garlic powder and white pepper. Stir

  5. 5

    Then fry the egg batter with olive oil or unsalted butter and ready to serve!
