Start by seasoning the fish with salt. Rub table salt on both sides. Then dust both sides with flour

Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the plaice skin side down. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each or until cooked through.

Transfer to a plate.

Using the same pan, melt the butter and add the coriander and lemon juice. Drizzle the sauce over the fish.

I served mine with boiled potatoes and salad.
