Onion Gratin Soup

I have loved onion soup for a long time! This is my original recipe, but it's pretty good.
Easy melting cheese is key. Don't worry if you burn the onions a little! It is very important to make a good caramelization. If you have any leftovers, put in curry. It will add a depth of flavor. Recipe by Happyjakki-

Steps
- 1
Please refer to"Cut the time! Definitely tasty caramelized onion."

- 2
Add water or consommé soup little by little, while scraping the sides and the bottom.
- 3
If you added water in Step 2, add consommé cubes and simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4
Put lightly toasted baguette, easy melting cheese, and grated cheese (double the cheese).
- 5
Heat in a toaster, and the soup is done when the cheese is slightly browned. It takes about 3-5 minutes in my toaster.
