There is enough salt in the ingredients that It is delicious without adding more. The colour can be improved by adding shredded leek.

1 serving

1bowlful Cooked rice (warm)
2 tbspChirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
2 tbspSalmon flakes (ready made)
2 tspNori Seaweed Paste
1Fine chopped leek (optional)

Steps

Add the ingredients to the warm rice. Add as much shredded leeks as you like. Mix, mix.

Mix all the ingredients together and form into your preferred shape.
