Homemade Seasoning: Low-Sugar Onion Dressing

I tried many different recipes and settled on this one.
It's fantastic not only on salad, but also used to marinate grilled meat! If you can, use new harvest or organic onions. It'll have less of a sharp taste and be very tasty. Recipe by Annakarenina

Steps
- 1
Slice the onion and blend together with the other ingredients in a blender.
- 2
If you don't have a blender, use a grater to grate the onion and garlic.
- 3
Let it sit overnight before use. Put it in a tupperware container or PET bottle, and it'll keep in the refrigerator for about 3 months.
- 4
I store the dressing in a special ceramic salad dressing container, which is easy to wash and seals well.
