  1. 3 1/2 ozMeat of choice
  2. 1 mediumSweet red onion
  3. Dressing
  4. 2/3 cupApple cider vinegar, unfiltered
  5. 1/3 cupLemon juice
  6. 1 tbspwater
  7. 1as needed Seasonings (salt, pepper, dried shallots, garlic powder, onion salt, chives, dried cilantro, parsley, basil, stevia.)

  1. 1

    Cut meat in cubes.

  2. 2

    Cut onion in small wedges.

  3. 3

    Combine seasonings and dressing and marinate with meat and onions for 4 hours..

  4. 4

    Place on skewers and grill.
