Tikki Sizzler
Steps

Take a bowl and add boiled vegetables (potatoes, peas, corn) and grated carrots into it. Add cornstarch,salt, chilli powder to it and make a dough.

Divide this dough into equal parts and give them shape like a round tikki. Coat these tikkies with bread crumbs and shallow fry. Keep it aside.

For sauce, take a pan, add cornstarch, soya sauce, tomato sauce, white vinegar, water, sugar and salt to it. Reduce it to the desired consistency. Keep it aside.

Take a pan and add chopped capsicum, carrot, boiled peas and corn into it. Add salt, red chilli powder, garlic paste, chaat masala and black pepper to it. Saute for 2- 3 minutes.

Heat a big iron tawa. Place whole cabbage leaves on it to make a base. Place sauted vegetables, fried rice and tikkies over this base. Drizzle the prepared barbeque sauce on it and let it cook for a while.

In a bowl, add some butter to crushed ice. Spread this mixture on the sides of the sizzler to get the sizzling effect.

Garnish it with cheese and coriander. It is now ready to serve. Keep on adding the ice butter mixture to the hot tawa for continued sizzling effect.
